Consultation Fee Payment

Consultation:

  • This meeting is intended for clients who have a clear understanding of their needs and have done research on materials, measurements, and design.
  • Expect up to one hour with our estimator.
  • The estimator will review your project design, offer education and suggestions around materials.
  • The estimator will take measurements of your space/layout.
  • The estimator will provide a detailed estimate for you.
  • Consultation fee is $100.*

Consultation and Design:

  • This meeting is designed for clients who are in the early stages of their landscape/hardscape design process and seeking a full consultation for their space and project.
  • Expect up to one hour with our estimator.
  • The estimator will review your design, offer education and suggestions around materials.
  • The estimator will take measurements of your space/layout.
  • The estimator will answer any questions you have regarding project design and offer suggestions as indicated.
  • The estimator will develop a detailed estimate for you and provide a rough sketch of the design if indicated.
  • Consultation and Design fee is $300.*
*The fee will be credited towards the total project cost when you sign the contract.
